Role Overview

Join the growing XPRTX India team as a hands-on Project Manager, helping turn ambitious sports, entertainment, and experience concepts into well-controlled, executable projects.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Own project plans, timelines, milestones, and day-to-day coordination.
• Track cross-functional deliverables, actions, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Coordinate stakeholders, suppliers, budgets, procurement, and reporting.
• Support operational readiness across planning, on-ground execution, and delivery.
• Manage project documentation through to close-out and post-project learning.

What Are We Looking For?

• Highly organised, accountable, and comfortable working across multiple departments and stakeholders.
• Experience in sports, entertainment, major events, hospitality, venues, experiential, or complex project environments is preferred.
• Comfortable moving between detailed planning and on-ground execution.
• Hands-on doer mindset with strong follow-through and ownership.
• India-based, with availability to travel as required.

Qualifications

Project management or delivery experience in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.

Career Progression

This role can grow into senior project leadership, programme management, or delivery lead roles as the India portfolio expands.
