Operations & Venue Manager

Role Overview

Transform programme and experience plans into safe, efficient, and high-quality physical delivery across complex live environments.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Own venue operational planning, site coordination, overlay coordination, and readiness planning.
• Manage suppliers, contractors, workforce plans, accreditation, transport, logistics, and movement planning.
• Coordinate security, medical, health and safety, production, and technical interfaces.
• Support operational readiness, live delivery, dismantle, and operational close-out.

What Are We Looking For?

• Strong understanding of what it takes to make complex live environments work safely and efficiently.
• Calm under pressure, highly organised, and comfortable managing multiple suppliers and operational workstreams simultaneously.
• Experience across major sports, entertainment, venues, festivals, hospitality, or large-scale live experiences is preferred.
• India-based, with significant project travel.

Qualifications

Venue operations, event operations, production operations, logistics, or large-scale live delivery experience.

Career Progression

This role can grow into senior operations, venue delivery, or programme operations leadership as the India portfolio expands.
