Role Overview

Shape and deliver a growing India portfolio across sports, entertainment, and experience ecosystems, connecting commercial, operational, and audience objectives from strategy through delivery.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop integrated programme masterplans across sports, entertainment, and experience ecosystems.
• Translate strategy into executable workstreams, milestones, critical paths, and delivery plans.
• Own programme architecture, stage gates, governance, risk registers, and dependencies.
• Integrate commercial, marketing, experience, operations, and delivery workstreams.
• Coordinate stakeholders, partners, resources, and executive-level programme reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement, post-project learning, and repeatable delivery practices.

What Are We Looking For?

• Significant experience delivering complex programmes within sports, entertainment, major events, destinations, hospitality, venues, or adjacent industries.
• Ability to take an idea from strategy through planning, integration, and execution.
• Strong understanding of how audience experience, operations, commercial objectives, and delivery connect.
• Confidence leading teams, challenging assumptions, and owning outcomes from concept through execution.
• India-based, with availability to travel as required.

Qualifications

• Senior programme leadership experience across complex multi-stakeholder environments.
• Proven portfolio of programmes, ecosystems, events, venues, destinations, or experience platforms built or delivered.
