Finance, Governance & Administration Manager

Role Overview

Help establish the financial and organisational backbone of the XPRTX India operation, creating structure, controls, reporting, and administration inside a growing business.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Own company and project budgeting, cost tracking, financial reporting, and project P&L reporting.
• Manage purchase orders, payment controls, invoice management, cash-flow coordination, and procurement administration.
• Coordinate contract administration, payroll, people administration, corporate documentation, and compliance activity.
• Work closely with accountants, auditors, legal advisers, and company-secretarial partners.

What Are We Looking For?

• Commercially aware, detail-oriented, highly dependable, and comfortable creating structure in a growing organisation.
• Strong understanding of financial control, reporting discipline, administration, documentation, and governance processes.
• Experience in project-based businesses, sports, entertainment, hospitality, agencies, professional services, or similar environments is valuable.

Qualifications

Finance, administration, governance, operations, accounting coordination, procurement, or project controls experience.

Career Progression

This role can grow into senior finance, governance, administration, operations, or business management leadership as the India operation scales.
